That's when Lacsa ran out of the bathroom, screaming, plunger still in hand. Luckily, she managed to trap the snake in the bathroom while she called animal control. The snake was a little feisty, and even managed to bite one of the handlers. Fortunately, the responding officers were able to get it out of the office and to an animal care facility.
